Overview

The Bothy

The Bothy is designed for 4 people and situated to the rear of the main house in the converted stable and therefore is fully self-contained.

On the entering the Bothy to the right is found the Kitchen/Living room with a galley kitchen fully fitted units with more than adequate cupboard space, a fully-sized 4 rings electric hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. All crockery, cutlery and tea-towels are provided. The spacious Lounge containing 2 two seater settees, pine furniture and a remote-control colour television with sky connection.

The staircase leads to the landing, off which are two bedrooms, one containing one double bed and the other two twin beds. The shower room containing shower, WC and wash hand basin is also off the landing. All bedding, linen and towels are provided.

For your comfort The Bothy is double-glazed and equipped with electric panel heaters throughout. So even if you holiday in the winter months you will be snug and warm in the Bothy.

Please note the following:

1. Letting is from 3.00pm on Saturday to 10.00am the following Saturday.
2. Electricity is charged by £ 1.00 coin meter. Top Flat electricity is included in the rental price. Please note that The Top Flat is unsuitable for young children.
3. Child cot and high chair is available free of charge
4. Dogs are allowed only in the Byre, but we do ask that they be kept off beds and furniture with respect for other visitors. Dogs are charged at £15 each per week.
5. Some off-street parking, however there is unrestricted parking to the front of Argyll House
6. The maximum number accommodated in each unit is shown on the features. In exceptional circumstances an extra £10 per person per day will be charged.
7. Argyll House is a non-smoking establishment.
8. We do our best to ensure that our accommodation is clean and welcoming on arrival. We would request that you leave it in the same conditions has you find it.
9. In the event of a cancellation, deposits are only refundable if the accommodation is re-let.
10. Balances become due in full should cancellation occur within 14 days of the booked date.
11. Balances payable on arrival. We offer Debit or Credit Card facilities (please note an extra 2% is charged on Credit cards). Cheques should be made payable to “Argyll House”.
12. A full payment is required at the time of booking if it is for a date less than six weeks ahead.
