Located on the first floor of the main house Burnside is a fully self-contained studio apartment suitable for 2 people sharing.

This light and airy self-catering accommodation is open plan, with a comfortable seating area - with a colour television and DVD  - double bed, kitchen and dining area. The accommodation benefits from windows on both the front and side of the property giving it wonderful views of the Scottish countryside and the Burn from one side and the village of Salen from the other. There is a separate shower room with WC and wash hand basin.

The full sized kitchen is fully equipped, if you choose to eat in rather than sample one of the many restaurants / pubs on the island during your holiday, and includes a 4 ring electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle  

The windows are double glazed and the accommodation has electric panel heaters enabling you to stay snug and warm throughout the year. Electricity is charged by a £1.00 coin meter.
