Overview

"Ben More" The Top Flat, is designed for 4 people and is situated on the top floor of the main house.

From the first floor of the main house you take the stairs to the top flat. To the right is found the Lounge Kitchen/Diner containing fully-fitted kitchen units with more than adequate cupboard space, a full-sized 4 ring electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. All crockery, cutlery and tea-towels are provided.

To the left of the landing is the main bedroom with a double bed and views of The Sound of Mull.

Straight ahead left is the twin bedroom and the bathroom next door..

All bedding, linen and towels are provided.

For your comfort The Top Flat is double-glazed and equipped with electric panel heaters throughout. So even if you holiday in the winter months you will be snug and warm in The Top Flat.

Please note the following:

1. Letting is from 3.00pm on Saturday to 10.00am the following Saturday.
2. Electricity is charged by £ 1.00 coin meter. Top Flat electricity is included in the rental price. Please note that The Top Flat is unsuitable for young children.
3. Child cot and high chair is available free of charge
4. Dogs are allowed only in the Byre, but we do ask that they be kept off beds and furniture with respect for other visitors. Dogs are charged at £15 each per week.
5. Some off-street parking, however there is unrestricted parking to the front of Argyll House
6. The maximum number accommodated in each unit is shown on the features. In exceptional circumstances an extra £10 per person per day will be charged.
7. Argyll House is a non-smoking establishment.
8. We do our best to ensure that our accommodation is clean and welcoming on arrival. We would request that you leave it in the same conditions has you find it.
9. In the event of a cancellation, deposits are only refundable if the accommodation is re-let.
10. Balances become due in full should cancellation occur within 14 days of the booked date.
11. Balances payable on arrival. We offer Debit or Credit Card facilities (please note an extra 2% is charged on Credit cards). Cheques should be made payable to “Argyll House”.
12. A full payment is required at the time of booking if it is for a date less than six weeks ahead.
