Terms and Conditions Summary

• All bookings shall be from Saturday to Saturday, with arrival from 5pm and departure by 10am, unless otherwise agreed 

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking

• Payment in full is required 4 weeks before your stay

• Bookings made within 4 weeks of your stay, require full upfront payment

• Prices are inclusive of electricity, Wifi, bedding, towels and cleaning. Please note there is no electric charging points for vehicles available on site.

• Check-in after 5pm on day of arrival

• Check-out before 10am on day of departure

• We operate a no smoking and no pets policy (with the exception of The Byre which accepts 2 well behaved dogs at an additional cost of £25 per dog. For stays with dogs a £100 security deposit for damages will also be taken). When dogs are staying in The Byre we ask that they are not left unattended in the property and are kept off the furniture and downstairs.

• You are responsible for damages to the property and its content

• Holiday insurance is not included in the booking fee.
